What is Master Elite?

The GAF Master Elite™ Certification is the most prestigious roofing certification available. It requires contractors to not only meet high standards but also prove that they can maintain them through regular inspections and audits of their workmanship. To acquire this certification, contractors need to complete the following:

Be properly licensed
Adequately Insured
Have a proven reputation
Be committed to ongoing professional training

Master Elite™ is a select group of roofers, who have been vetted by GAF. Only 2% make the cut, which means that out of every 2000 companies nationwide only 40 meet their high standards for quality workmanship and durability! To maintain these incredibly demanding guidelines; they randomly inspect each year’s roofs put up by all members on site.

The Master Elite™ Certification is a way to make sure you’re working with someone who has the knowledge and experience necessary for your job. Roofing companies in some states aren’t required by law, so this certification must stand out as one of a few ways!

Our Warranties

GAF offers three levels of worry-free warranties.

Golden Pledge warranties are so great, they cover all of the manufacturer’s defects for 25 years and also workmanship issues. It also covers 100% coverage for manufacturer defects for the entire lifetime of the shingles. They provide tear-off costs as well! And any repairs needed because of these things will be done by a GAF Master Elite™ Contractor who knows how to make sure you get high-quality service at its finest level possible to give your home that perfect look once again while protecting it against anything less than what is expected out there on top performance from us here first-rate golden pledge contractors providing one-time transferable protection.

The GAF Silver Pledge Warranty is a mid-level warranty that covers 100% of all manufacturer defects for the entire lifetime of the shingles. It also includes tear-off costs, as well disposal fees which can be expensive if not handled properly by an experienced contractor or company installer! This one-time transferable service plan will keep your home safe against any roofing problems without costing you more than what’s necessary with our low rates on labor.

The Systems Plus Warranty is a low-cost warranty that covers 100% of all manufacturer defects for the entire lifetime. It has one major drawback, however: it only lasts 2 years before becoming void and cannot be extended nor does it cover disposal costs if you ever need to remove your old shingles from an existing roof installation site (which many homeowners will).

  I can't say enough how much we appreciate the team from First Choice. We had storm damage to our roof and wanted to use a local contractor. They came out right away, even though it was a smaller job, and did an inspection as well. Even though it was a small job, they treated us like we were a priority.   These guys found me at the perfect time. I happened to be outside my house when they approached me. They were offering a free roof inspection to see if I had hail damage from a previous storm. I didn’t remember a hail storm and was slightly skeptical but I figured it couldn’t hurt. Turns out they found damage and visible damage that I could see. I had just never noticed the holes in my screens and dents in my fascia. The storm date happened to be when we were on vacation so it made sense I didn’t remember.

I reported the claim to my insurance and they sent an insurance adjuster out. Javi and Mario came out with the adjuster in case there were any questions. I was approved.

The crew that came out to install the roof couldn’t have been any better. They were thorough and efficient. They cleaned up and put things back where they found it. They were done in a day.

Throughout the whole process Javi was in constant communication. He went above and beyond to makes sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend!

  If I could give 10 stars, I would!  From the time I called the business for an estimate for roof replacement through installation and afterwards,  I received nothing but superb service.  Justin is so professional, he listens to the customer needs and then executes phenomenally.  I actually thought this was too good to be true as I dealt with another roof company for roof repairs in previous years and did not receive service like this as I did with First Choice Exteriors, LLC.
